All medications we prescribe contain the same FDA-approved active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) as brand name medications. They are prepared in Brello’s Southend Pharmacy using sterile compounding practices and undergo third-party testing to ensure purity, quality, and safety.

What medications does Brello prescribe?

Our providers prescribe semaglutide and tirzepatide based on their clinical data, safety, and effectiveness. We strongly believe these once-weekly injections represent the best available options.

Am I eligible to enroll with Brello?

Whether you're overweight or in maintenance, we believe obesity is a lifelong condition that can be managed. If, during your consultation, you and your Brello provider determine you're not a suitable candidate, we'll cancel your membership and provide a refund.

Can you verify the quality of the medications?

Yes, Brello is pharmacist owned and operated. Our pharmacy, Southend Pharmacy, conducts quality tests on each medication batch for potency, sterility, and dosage. You can access third-party testing results here.

What is the pricing after the first month?

After your first month, Semaglutide is $299/month. As a patient of Brello, you will receive 20% off future supplements - GastroGuard is $55, and GLP-Ignite is $79. Want to add a new product? We've made it easy to make changes to your future orders.

When can I expect to receive my medication?

Your prescriptions are sent directly to Southend Pharmacy to be processed and shipped within 5-7 days.
